A unique aspect to Black Label IT’s business model is the proactive management and senior level care we apply to every client in every situation. Most IT companies offer a “Break-Fix” model that focuses on responding to network emergencies and relies on a time-and-materials fee structure. They also have a tiered help desk system. In this system, clients must work with junior technicians first to see if they can fix the client’s IT issues. In many cases, clients are put through two levels with junior technicians taking as much as three hours, before they are then passed along to a senior technician who can more often than not solve an IT problem within 15 minutes. This does not happen with Black Label IT.
Our IT contracts are based on a managed service agreement with a set monthly fee structure. We tailor an all-inclusive model that fits with each client’s budgets and IT infrastructure needs. Not only do we design our clients’ networks to include 24x7x365 monitoring, our client’s also have direct access to a designated senior technician.
