How We Started
The founder and CEO of Black Label IT, Ryan Collier, has spent nearly 20 years providing IT system management and implementation in the Seattle area. Ryan wanted to create an IT company that provided truly premium and comprehensive, end-to-end managed IT solutions without the standard pyramid approach to customer service. He believed there was a lot of wasted time, energy, and money in the pyramid model of IT solution management. By employing only senior level engineers and assigning 24x7 monitoring to his client’s networks, problems that arise throughout the day are often handled before the customer even recognizes there is a problem, and the majority of customer issues are handled in under five (5) minutes. This is unprecedented in the world of IT systems management.
