SafetyNet
SafetyNet is our base service package that provides the foundation for all other services.  It provides agent-based monitoring and maintenance of your systems, automatic upgrades to the operating system and major third party applications, anti-virus scanning with regular updates to virus recognition patterns, and spam filtering for networks of up to ten machines.  SafetyNet also provides alerting and reporting so management can easily keep an eye on their network infrastructure without being computer experts.  Finally, one hour of service calls, billed in fifteen-minute increments, are included each month for those times when extra attention is needed.

SafetyNet+ expands the core service offering for larger networks.  Get the same great features, extended to provide service for up to 50 workstations and 2 servers.  And, because larger networks need more personalized service, Help Desk services are expanded to three hours per month.

The best bang for your buck, SafetyNet Platinum gives you full-scale enterprise network services.  In addition to everything in SafetyNet+, we add automated server backup and disaster recovery, enhanced network security including firewall services, and ransomware protection.  For comprehensive network protection, recovery services, and premium network health, SafetyNet+ is the package selected by those serious about their networks.  In addition to the premium network service enhancements, we throw in three full additional hours of help desk services and expand the network size to 100 workstations.
